  • 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • For the caramel sauce, optional
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons cream
  • Squirt lemon juice, to taste
