Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package rapid rise or regular dry yeast (2¼ teaspoon)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water (120 to 130 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
