Yuzu Crème Brulees

Ingredients

For the creme brulee filling

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 yuzu, zested and pureed to get about 1/3 cup pulp and juice

For the sugar crust

  • 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup granulated sugar
