Ingredients

For the Cake

  • 2 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups blueberries

For the Glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, very soft
