Ingredients

For the shells

• 3 egg whites
• 40 grams granulated sugar
• 200 grams powdered sugar
• 55 grams almonds
• 55 grams pecans

For the filling

• Half a recipe of Salted Butter Caramel Sauce
• 100 grams (1/2 cup) sugar
• 80 grams (3/4 cup) chopped pecans
