• 1 pint of blueberries (about 2 cups)
• ½ cup Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon
• 1/4 cup simple syrup (recipe follows)
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
