Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients

Topping

  • 3/4 cup whole white wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • A dash of freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 1/2 pound blueberries
  • Zest & juice of 1 small lemon
  • About 1/2 cup sugar
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon Chambord or other berry liqueur (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 tablespoon sugar
