Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jeanne’s gluten free flour mix (or cake flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Zest and juice of 6 Key limes (or 1 lime)
  • 1 cup (2 sticks – 8 ounce) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cups coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups blueberries
