Blueberry Rhubarb Deep Dish Pie

Ingredients

For pastry

  • 2 cups all pupose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cups butter, cold
  • 6-7 tablespoons ice cold water

For filling

  • 12 ounces rhubarb, chopped into small, 1/2″ chunks
  • 1 pound blueberries
  • Freshly grated zest of 1 orange
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream, and more for serving
  • Turbinado sugar
