Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas
  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 2 small cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
  • Reserved chickpea water from the can
  • Olive oil, parsley, paprika for serving
