Kiwi Orange Creamsicles

Ingredients

For cream layer

• 1 cup heavy cream, divided into two 1/2 cups
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For kiwi layer

• 1 pound ripe kiwi fruit, peeled
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon  Grand Marnier

For orange layer

• 2 cups orange juice, chilled
