Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple and Papaya Salsa

Ingredients

Pork Loin

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloins
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder (hot-style, if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon ground ancho chile pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed

Pineapple and Papaya Salsa

  • 8 ounces fresh pineapple, cut in 1/2-inch dice (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 8 ounces papaya, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch dice (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 2 green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (pipitas), toasted
  • Cilantro sprigs
