Nutella Cupcakes with Nutella and Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

For the cupcakes:

  • 5 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup honey or light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons superfine sweet rice flour
  • 1/4 cup millet flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch (or use tapioca flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Nutella Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ounces Nutella
