  • Canola oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Sour cream
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
