  • 9 ounces (2 1/4 sticks) butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 pound 1 ounce (3 3/4 cups) all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
