Ghostly Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 12 2 1/2 inches white chocolate cupcakes or other 2-1/2-inch white cupcakes in paper bake cups
• 1 16 ounce can vanilla frosting
• 12 1 3/4 inches white chocolate cupcakes or other white cupcakes
• 12 small glazed or plain doughnut holes
• 16 ounces purchased white rolled fondant
• Black candy-coated sunflower kernels or 1 tube black icing

White Chocolate Cupcakes

• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 package 2-layer-size white cake mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup finely chopped white baking chocolate with cocoa butter or miniature white baking pieces
