Honey ‘n’ Orange Back Ribs

  • 5 pounds of pork baby back ribs (loin back ribs), cut into 3- to 4-rib portions
  • 1 ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons of finely shredded orange peel
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of barbecue seasoning
