Pink Grapefruit and Limoncello Mousse

Ingredients

• 2 ruby red or pink grapefruit
• 6 ounces of thick Greek yogurt
• 7 ounces of heavy whipping cream
• 2 tablespoon of limoncello (or another citrus-flavored liquor)
• 3 egg whites
• a pinch of salt
• 4 sheets of gelatin
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
