Roast Broccolini with Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccolini, rinsed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar (sub red vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup marcona almonds (or use toasted, sliced almonds)
