- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 9 ounces good quality white chocolate, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into thin slices
- 2 teaspoon freshly-squeezed, strained lemon juice
- Granulated Sugar, for coating
