Lemon Chiffon Truffles


For the filling

  • 4.5 ounces of good quality white chocolate, very finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

For coating

  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons canola or vegetable oil (optional)
