Ingredients

• 1 sheet, 8-9 ounces puff pastry
• 1.8 pounds asparagus
• Egg wash, 1 beaten egg + 1 tablespoon of milk, for brushing
• 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
• Butter  for brushing
