- 500 grams of fresh mussels in the shell
- 1 shallot, 1/4 of an onion or a few spring onions finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3/4 cup of dry white wine
- 2 heaped tablespoons of parsley pesto
- Splash of cream (optional)
