Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 10 ounces fresh italian/english sausage
  • 4 ounces flour
  • Frying oil as needed
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, very finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
